I really like to design Flash websites and I would like to use it,

since Flash is one of my favourite tools. But my company follows more

the "ramblings" of Jakob Nielsen for a clean and lean "webdesign".


How do I convince such "hardcore fanatics" to also consider the use of Flash

in webdesign? It is a quite hard life without Flash... ;-)


Does anybody else already encountered this problem as an employee? How

did you handle your situation?
