FLASH: MP3 streaming

I'm wanting to do some MP3 streaming from my site,


Does anyone know how to set this up?  I'm under the impression you have to

have streaming software on the server.


My Hosting company provides Windows Media and Real audio streaming... but

says nothing about shoutcast etc..


Any insights would be very helpful
