Hi Sal,

If it's a matter of loading new HTML content into the bottom frame, you
just use a simple "GetURL" action, and in the "target" window type in the
name you've given the bottom frame in your frameset tag.

If you want to influence a Flash movie in the bottom frame, it's a little
more difficult. The method you want to use is called FS Command, and you
can find a tutorial on it at:
