If they are sequentially numbered files in a format Flash understands (jpeg,
gif, pict(mac) bmp(win) then Flash will ask you if you want to import the
series when you import the first one.
An easy way to do this is to export an avi or mov from QT Pro as numbered
jpegs, then import into flash. It will come in as a series of frames in a
layer, you can then create a new layer and draw flash vectors over the
animation.
