FLASH: Sound wont play

I have just finished a file for a client and posted it for approval. 

Unfortunately the clients iMac wont play it!!!


The file simply has to play a sound track. I had tested the file on 

many machines both PC and Mac in IE and NN before presenting it to my 

client and it never failed.


Does anyone know what might be the problem.

I am embarrassing myself in front of my client and I don't like the sensation!
