.hqx is a compressed file ... kinda the mac version of a zip file

you need a program called StuffIt. there is a pc version but i don't know

the url, do a search on altavista for "stuffit pc" or "stuffit windows"

it'll uncompress it for you into an .fla

Hi everyone....


Is there anything special that you need to do to work on a flash file

produced on the Mac platform on a PC?


Whenever my buddy sends one over, it comes with a hqx extension... which I

assume is a Mac thing (sorry Mac illiterate).... which is fine... the first

time we did this, I just opened the file using flash, and no problems....


But the last two times, he has sent one over, when ever I try to open it, I

Just get an "unexpected file format" error.....


Any suggestions, or procedures that should be taken to work cross platform?
