I am posting this to answer the above question for those of you still wondering
what features are unique to Adobe LiveMotion.

<NO_FLAME>
This is not a complete feature list of both products, and is not meant to slam
Flash. We all know there are things that Flash has that LiveMotion does not. I
hope you find this relevant and interesting.

Here's the abbreviated list, go to the URL at the end for full descriptions:

Multiple File Formats (it's for Web graphics AND animation)
Integrated Vector and Raster Tools
Native support for Photoshop and Illustrator files
Edit Original command
Graphic Styles, Animation Styles, Rollover Styles
AutoKeyframe and AutoTween
AutoSymbols
Time-based Timeline (as opposed to Frame-based)
Object-based Timeline (as opposed to Layer-based)
Time-indication of ITGs (movie clips) in main composition timeline
Per Object Compression
Active Export Preview
Break Apart Text (and it stays editable text!)
Guides and User-Adjustable Grids
Photoshop Filter Support
Bezier Pen tool (not necessarily better, just different)
Tabbed Palette User Interface
