FLASH: Flash and e-commrece learning

Dear everybody out there in the list...I am a designer  from Swiss and do often flash things...and know the flash well regarding animation and illusions, I am very much interested doing in flash e-commrece site but due to lack of programming skills I am stuck somwhere...I would appericate a lot if you could recommend me where to start regarding flash E-site and if possible...I would be very happy...if there would be be sample file from MM for learning purpose...cos most of the Flash things I learned by looking and learning...analyzing the fla file from different resources...though I know there is pleanty of resources out there but I really found no site that would briefly explaind doing flash E-site or tutorial to this....as I said I would appericate a lot if you could help me on this subject.
