FLASH: ridiculous mail lag?

can anyone help me with this,


whenever I post a message, it takes 6-12 hours before I see it displayed on

the list.


it's wierd,


everyone else seems to be conversing quite fluently.


I'm permanently online here at work, ISDN connection, no problems with

sending/receiving with other internal/external parties.
