The main timeline is normally referenced by "/" (am not familiar enough with
this thread to know for certain that this is what you are asking.) So in a
tell target action, for instance a button that gets pushed to re-start the
main timeline from frame 1:

On (Release)
Begin Tell Target ("/")
Go to and Play (1)
End Tell Target
End On
