I have been wrestling with this for a while and have basically concluded
that Flash 3 has a real tough time handling transparent images. Best
suggestion I have used is to create the transparent gifs in Photoshop using
the same BG color as the BG of the Flash movie. It works until you save
the movie and RE-OPEN it, then transparent images get VERY screwed up by
Flash.

SO.... create the images on the same BG color and DON'T quit Flash or close
the movie until you are TOTALLY done and have uploaded it.

If anone else has run into this or has another solution, I'd love to hear it!
