Hi Russell,

I forgot to ask Russell if you are on a Mac or PC.
I have verified this bug on the PC.
Note, anyone duplicating the test the Tween must be at least 24 frames.

We had a weird bug discovered in Flash 2:

and now we have one for Flash 3:
The Ease Out Completely Out Bug discovered by Russell.
