FLASH: question

I am new in this mailing list, and i am learning to use flash pretty well,

but there is something i don�t have a clue about, the loading bar.

My question is: How do i make a loading bar in Flash, so that the movie runs

when it is already loaded, not that it runs on line, i hope you understand

my question.
