FLASH: new web browser (sortof)

PC only and it seems to use IE's engine somehow - it requires IE 3.2 or

better installed.

anyway-  I thought some of you might find the interface interesting.  It's

called Neoplanet

I dont think I would want to try and design for it


(http://www.neoplanet.com/). I think it is html 4.0 compliant..
