Hi all,

Another thing important in maintaining lip sync is to take Web delays
out of the equation with 'If Frame is Loaded' routines. By prechecking
and putting in appropriate delays you can make sure that Web delays do
not cause fractured voice and sound sync. It is not recommended to
preload the whole animation but rather do small checks to insure each
segment is completely loaded before proceeding. Put your checks and
delays at natural pause points.
