Hi Hal,
As others have noted the MIME is not set correctly for Flash on your
server. If you add type="application/x-shockwave-flash" inside the
EMBED tag most people will get your Flash but some may still have
problems including a possibility of a browser crash. Therefore you
should still get the server administrator to set the MIME on the server.
There are Test files and a Netscape technique (MM 12696) for testing
