FLASH: IE-autodownloading plugin question

Here's macromedias url in the Object tag

Here's the url when publishing from flash 4

When I try my own page (the latter url) on IE without flashplugin installed, it

tries to download the plugin, but fail.

On macromedias site, everything goes smoothly.


Is the URL from Flash:publish faulty?
