As far as I know, RealFlash still supports only Flash 2. It requires
special server-end software to synchronize the streaming of the two files,
and the software can be costly if you need many simultaneous streams. The
Real site has pretty comprehensive information on how to split the Flash
into audio and animation and how to command the streaming from a web site.

If you have the option to produce this in Flash 4 and if it's not a problem
to require your users to have the Flash 4 plug-in, it's a much simpler way
to go and the MP3 audio will be comparable to RealAudio.
