FLASH: Preloading

Hi all been watch the list for a couple of days and found some interesting

comments, so I thought it about time to raise my head....with a pretty

simple question.


How do I preload my movie? I've Got to scenes, first an into animation,

second in the main interface and content pages. Any help would be much

apricated.
