FLASH: Preloaders and Autodect Flash

Hello All Flasher!  

    I am running into a problem.  I've seen web pages where when you enter 

their url, and go to their web page, it detects if you have flash 4 and if 

not, it gives a pop up promt to install flash 4.  Can anyone tell me how to 

do this?  An example is on www.xdude.com.

    The other question is how do I get a preloader bar that looks 3D?  It is 

probably pretty simple and i'm not seeing it.  But if someone can please help 

with these topics.
