see the above link for a tutorial. This will only work in Internet Explorer
4+. The trick is the wmode value=transparent parameter available with the
Flash Active X Control.

Yes, you can do it as long as you put them in separate
layers. There is of demo of this being done at
DHTML.COM. Its called The Solor System Demo
