FLASH: tell target on loaded movie??

just wondering what cammands i need to use to tell target a loaded

movie. or if thats possible.

also is say 


movie1.swf has been loaded in level 1 


what do i need to do for flash to check whether this movie is loaded

so it wont load it again.


also can people please comment on my first site
