looks ace.
I'm for Sharon's comment re: kill music - maybe change it to a mute /
un-mute button, but definately a change of state for the button depending on
whether the music is currently active or not. Also - hasn't the music
already loaded by this time? it doesn't really save any time I don't think
(?) - just saves the user from using the mute on their taskbar or similar
;-)

One thing I thought might be an improvement - the boxes themselves on the
top menu - when you hover over them (and they open), why not layer the text
below the box? the box looks 'chopped off' by the text when the box opens up

given that the whole site looks so fantastic - well, I'm sure that's not
such a huge issue
