FLASH: absolutely weird!

PLEASE POST DIRECT TO ME - I don't get to read all the mails!


I have done a 'please wait' thing as demonstrated in the excellent Flash

Bible - it works for me - you move your mouse into the circle, hover and

move

around, the letters follow.

You can download the very small Flash file to see how it was put together.


Two things -


1) On many machines I have seen it on, nothing happens on mouseover, yet

these people definitely have Flash4, as I downloaded it onto their machine.

Why is this? This happens with some PCs and some Macs.


2) I want the please wait to start immediately, rather than on mouseover, is

there any way I can get the letters to fly to an area automatically, to

start the mexican wave effect?
