FLASH: Slowing down movie

Hello all. I'm a newbie, and have to ask a newbie question.


If I finish an animation, and decide that it goes by too fast, and would

like to slow it down... like, say just automatically add frames to the

tweens and "pauses". Does anybody know if there is a way to do this? Or a

quick workaround?
