Subject: FLASH: swf size
From: Alexandre Martins

Hi all,

I've just started working on a new client's site. He already has a Flash
intro, some content in html, that i'm suposed to redesign entirely. He told
me he might want to keep the intro, so we would just "improve" it. But that
thing is big! And i haven't figured out the reason yet. It has a few sounds,
but they are compressed in MP3 and there are no bitmaps. Its only a short
animation and a menu, but it has about 140k. Could someone help me? I need
to find a way to make it smaller, or, if impossible, propose some other
solution to the client. The URL is www.jornaleko.com.br . I would really
apreciate your advice.

Thank you very much
