Hi Rory - thanks for the response. I have tried every way that you can open a
file, believe me. I have been using Mac for years - and I know every trick in
the book This is really strange. I have never really had to use PC zipped
files before - but there's not much to know - just unzip with Stuffit....
This is exactly what is happening. goto <Flashzone.com/tutorials> , first
tutorial is "mousetrails" click on zip version to D/load, downloads as
mousetrails.zip - great. Now, launch Stuffit, translate>unzip, it unzips and
a folder with two items in it appears - great, except those 2 items are a) a
simpletext????? file called mousetrails.fla, and a Quicktime Flash icon that
is called mousetrails.swf ?????? What a minute----maybe it is the quicktime
translators, are you using Qtime 4???? Thanx, Bill
