You must:

* be thrilled by creating fun stuff for kids

* have the flexibility to work full-time hours for at least the next month to 

month and a half

* have created animated games for online delivery (have something to show and 

understand compression needs of the web)

* have games & interactive programming knowledge & experience


Ideal candidate might be someone coming out of college interested in pursuing 

animation in the web world.  Major corporations will visit this daily as they 

are our sponsors, so there will be a good deal of exposure.
