This appears to be based on the http://www.virtual-fx.net/shockwave.html
tutorial.
I.E. multiple gradients, alpha settings on different elements in a MC.

Subject: FLASH: Special effects-how did they do that?

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could clue me in on how the lines
are made from ball to line and back with the misty look to
them , such as the Ford site at http://www.ford.com? Also,
there are a few sites ( a lot actually) that use a simliar
variation of this and other mist/glow qualities.

Specifically, is this drawn in Flash, or imported from
another program or some unique technique that is being used?

Much appreciated as I would like to include this type of
effect.
thank you and high regards,
~courage
