In addition to all the other suggestions you've already received about <body
marginwidth=0...>, etc.
You could always do something like <table style="position:absolute; top:0px;
left:0px">...</table>
Or you could set it up in any number of ways with CSS. For example, you
could use layers, CSS, JavaScript and any other number of things to modify
size(s), position(s), etc. If you have any other questions related to this,
