Ok first of all is it really necessary to have a separate window popup with

the flash movie in it ?


I don't know about the others but I'm getting tired of it when I don't see a

need for it.


The 1st couple of sites that did this I just ignored it but now it's getting

irritating just like the "oh let's follow the cursor around with flashing 

text."


Sorry, if it's not necessary to the design/functionality of the site leave 

it out.

This is similar to the debate we had/have on the DreamWeaver list about

adding in sound to a site just because you can.


Don't get me wrong Karin I'm not ranting on you specifically but this is for

all... Please don't do something just because you can unless it adds depth/

functionality/and pizzazz to your site.


Now for a critique on your site:


Black text on a dark blue background is hard to read.


The dancing man/thing preloader got old fast, it would be

better off streaming since there is little animation.


The window also is not big enough for some parts of the site and

is not resizeable so I couldn't expand it so see what was on the

bottom, but rather had to use the scroll bars.


All in all not a bad site, but some improvements as noted above need

to be made.


PS: I would expect the same kind of critique of my site from anyone else,

it's always nice to know what looks nice, but it's better to know what isn't

nice so that you can correct and very much appreciate the ones I do get.
