you are correct. You will always get a margin on the right and bottom
margins of Nutscrape...I think they're there as placeholders for when/if
scrollbars are needed
The only work around is to divide you mainpage into 2 frames one frame being
1 pixel in height, the rest being at "*".

PS will get that scrolling menu to people at some stage. It is made, I just
havnt been home yet to email it.
