Re: FLASH: MC targeting the main movie/scene?

Hi Steve,

	To see a lot of the relationships that movie clips and main movie and

even loaded movies can use to communicate using Tell target take a look

at:

http://www.FlashBible.com/members and go to the Tell Target section.

There is an interactive Tell Target diagram that even shows you what the

Action should look like in various different situations.

	Just to start you off, tell targets sent from a movie clip to the main

timeline or a loaded movie do not show up as choices in the target

selection box. You have to type the target info (Instance name) in

yourself. Tell targets are a key factor to understand to really get the

most out of Flash.
