Front-end Internet Solution Development

Job Description: We are looking for the most talented Flash Designers in the
world. A full-time Flash Designer will work with the Creative Director and
production teams in developing high production value user experiences for
Internet solutions. Applicant must have outstanding design skills, a
thorough knowledge of the requirements - and restrictions - for production
of Flash-based creations, and be a great team player. Passion for Flash
explosions is key.

Minimum Qualifications:
� Strong applied arts or creative background
� 2 years experience and mastery of Flash
� 3+ years experience as a graphic designer/art director
� Strong grasp of animation, special effects and typography
� Has done considerable design with a medium other than digital (print
and/or video)
� Design of several Flash Web sites and/or Flash content or experiences
� Understanding of HTML/ Web technologies
� Proficient with the following tools: Flash, Photoshop,
Illustrator/Freehand, Quark Xpress, Fireworks
� Must be able to work and create "outside the box"
� Must have worked on at lease two major rich-media productions
