FLASH: MOVIE DIMENSIONS? HELP AUDIO IMPORT? HELP

I've been trying to make a movie thats 150x450 pixels..and I set it 

thusly....and my preview movie comes out  the right size..

but when I view it on the internet....it still fills a larger window....how 

can I limit  this?....


also...I have trouble importing some sound files....sometimes they are 

imported as the aif's and are accessable ...other times they are 

unintentionally imported as projectors....how come.?.what can I do to make 

the files importable as aiffs?
