HI,

There were some known issues with AOL and Shockwave that effected a small
percentage of AOL users. However, I am not aware of such issues with the
Flash only install. (The Shockwave package actually includes both Flash and
Shockwave). The issues with Shockwave have been identified and fixed (they
came up recently when AOL changed some aspects of their server
configuration) and will be rolled into a new package shortly.
