How about we just get together and provide whatever resources Sam needs 

to create a genuine, searchable archive at Chinwag, this whole 

conversation becomes moot?


Sam, again, my offer of earlier this year stands:  I will arrange to 

provide  the bandwidth, the engine, and the resources required to install 

a searchable DB dating back to December of '98 (earlier if anyone can 

fill the gaps). It can be framed and linked directly to/from from Chinwag 

itself, as necessary.
