3 problems
1) the MIME is not set for Flash
2) The server is case sensitive.
Your HTML file calls for Movie3.swf but it is on the server as
movie3.swf
3) ISP is incorrect, just seeing a picture does not guarantee either
that the MIME is set or that others will.

Have thenm prove it by doing one of the proper MIME tests.
