I hear you dk, I have the same problem. Flash though has this incredible
attribute which I call "wtf".
Basically I string together a bunch of frames with text and normal (
normal as in simple alpha , colour tweens ) tweens, stagger most of it (
staggering the same symbol on diff layers with the same animation can
produce excellent "wow" results ) and then at the end of it all, not
expecting much you blink and wonder how the hell you pulled it off. Also
its more a matter of design over artistic abilities, my free hand ( not
the program ) drawing is shocking, yet I can still design good flash
animations. Some common sense and a few loose screws help to

Know what the most frustrating thing about using flash is? (and it isn't
even a shortcoming of flash)

When your artistic tallent is nil...

Figuring out flash is the easy part....

drawing on the other hand is not...
