Hi,
Very simple - but time consuming.
* make each letter an instance
* take each letter and put it on it's own layer
* enlarge the letter to a given size (larger than the original in this
case)
* set the alpha to 50%
* add a key frame 5 frames along and set the alpha to 0%
* select all of the frames you have created and tween between
Now do this for every letter and space them out so it looks funky
Have fun!
