The recommended way that is listed on the macromedia site, is to import the
quicktime movie, then export it as a BMP sequence... then open the sequence
and it creates a frame by frame animation of your video... although I have
found the file size large.....

You can't embed QuickTime in Flash - but you can use Flash to create
interactive elements to a QuickTime movie...the result, however, will be a
QuickTime movie. :)
