Go to http://www.dartfrogmedia.com/stars/. Toward the bottom of the page, 

in a dark font color, click on Download the Sample File. Or go directly to 

http://www.dartfrogmedia.com/stars/star_tut.zip. This should give you the 

option to save to disk. you need WinZIP or a similar unZipping utility to 

open the file. By the way, it is Flash3.
