FLASH: Opening an exe file from flash movies

Hi,

I've created an interface which consists of 3 button. On each click on the 

button, it plays an exe files (.eg director ,avi files). What i want to know 

is how to tell the movies to open an exe files ? e.g open "video.exe" ???
