re.Flash Multimedia Presentation on PC
>Can flash4 do this job.[?]
Yes

>Ideas on saving the audio CD track to flash.[?]
Record sound as pc .wav format using a sound editor. Import sound into the
"library" of your movie. n.b. Import as .wav file only.

>How do I combine the images and the sound on the same movie.[?]
Put the sound in its own layer. The principle is not too dissimilar to
Director but you have less control. You can however "stream " sound in
Falsh, which allows better downloading. See macromedia help file for "Sound
Tutorials" and FLASH options.

>What type of file do I record to CD [?]
Use Export Movie which Saves your Flash.swf movie file as a "Flash
Player.swf. The Flash Player is similar to Director's stand alone
"projector".

>and the Internet.[?]
Use Export Movie.
The insert .swf into your HTML page.

Given that you want to use Flash4 for fades (alpha transitions) on jpegs
and to use audio, this will be a huge movie file. Unless it is carefully
structured, it will take ages for the users browser to download it.

Personally I'm still using jpegs in HTML but this is only because I haven't
sussed the best modus operandi for displaying photographs in FLASH, but I'm
a believer.

hope this helps
