FLASH: Pause and Rewind Buttons

Greetings everyone.


I am making a linear Flash presentation and I would like to create a pause 

button that can be activated from anywhere in the movie. The idea is I want 

to be able to stop the presentation at any time to answer questions or point 

out certain aspects. How can this be done?


Also on a similar note, how can I create a rewind button that could be 

activated from anywhere in the presentation?


I am using Flash 4 and this will be delivered on our Intranet so file size 

is not a big issue for me.
