Actually, we're trying to nail down people on what they're seeing. So far
there are many more vague posts online that actual calls in on the
complementary one-on-one support that comes with each purchase.

(The advantage of having specific issues in the one-on-one queue is that we
can track issues and log config/content details... beats having the same
few people posting to many threads.)

When people post "i'm crashing" they often mention "large audio" too, but
there's not much detail. You definitely *do* need more memory, processor
power and time when working with large audio assets, but without knowing
how folks do on the one-or-all-sounds test, it's hard for others online to
pinpoint that as the sole cause.
