The antialiasing in Flash can be screwy at times.

The only real soulution is design compromise and experimenting until it
looks right and acceptable for your design considerations. I would avoid at
almost all costs maintaining seperate files based on user configs. The
sniffing alone is not only a headache, I guarantee that you will never find
a reliable solution to cross all user platforms and configurations.

Just gotta bang at it until it looks ok at all resolutions. Remeber, low
resolution is just that and with Flashes funky antialiasing . . . well you
seem to know.

You also could force text to not be antialiased. There are notes at MM about
this. But that presents another set of problems, especially where size
constraints are issues . . .

I have a question...
I am working on a site:

http://www.gravitykills.com/testing/enter.html

I develop with my screeen resolution at 1024x768...
When I change my screen res to test the site at 800x600, the Flash looks
crappy!!!
I thought Flash was a vector medium, and doesn't matter what size it
is...yet I get things that look like "jaggies" and text that is hard to
read...
I made the site and frameset so that the Flash portion of the site should be
the same size proportionately, regardless of screen resolution, but I get
this problem....
