Subject: FLASH: Help on Text Formating
From: Andrew Le Sage

I have a textbox and it scrolls, no problem. The thing is that the contents of the textbox are stored in a variable
eg
textbox = "contents"
Where textbox is the variable and contents is a load of text.

My problem is that I want to format the text a little. I am ok with size and font but what I need to know is how to make a new paragraph or insert a line break so that I can create a list. I see in the Manual that \r is a used for carrage return but I cannot seem to get it to work.

Anyone Help me out.
