Best, easiest, and quickest ...

Find a CD that has the autorun file on it (Micro$oft
has it on their CD's) and make a copy of it to play
your Flash SWF (or EXE) when you burn the CD.

Example Autorun.INF file:

[autorun]
OPEN=Directory_Name\File_Name

Drive letter isn't needed, just put the file name and
directory name (if it applies) in that one line and
make sure you burn that file to the CD along with what
you wanna play.

Also ... make sure you have autoplay enabled on the
cdrom drive (Control Panel ... System ... CDROM ...
check autoplay)
