Most mac users will have their auto-run capabilities turned off due to the
auto-start worm from a few years back. Mac users will be happy as clams if you
just have a clearly labelled folder with the application inside. Or a clearly
labelled application on the root level of the CD.

If she still wants to invest time in something that very very few people will
use, her task can be accomplished by creating an applescript that auto-launches
the application. The PC side won't execute the applescript because it doesn't
know what to do with it.
